CAREERS
Interested in building amazing software systems powering ML and AI?
PolyMage Labs offers exciting opportunities to make a big impact on an emerging field! Its engineers get to learn new state-of-the-art technologies that are in their early stages and with virtually infinite room for innovative research, design, and engineering! A flyer is available here.
We look for talented engineers with strong computer science systems and programming skills. Familiarity with at least one of the following three fields is highly desirable: compilers, high-performance computing, or ML/AI programming models. Most of the work done at PolyMage Labs is highly specialized and niche — we thus believe that our engineers will, in most cases, need to learn the necessary skills after they are on board with us.
Polymage Labs is located in the pleasant city of Bengaluru (sometimes called Bangalore), and in arguably the most beautiful area of Bengaluru: the IISc campus. All PolyMage employees are provided access to excellent health insurance at no cost, receive an adequate amount of leave, and have ample flexibility to work partly from home the way it is productive for them. They also enjoy off-site retreats from time to time.

We are looking for both regular employees and interns. Please email careers@polymagelabs.com if you are interested.

PolyMage Labs is working on cutting-edge research in compilers for ML/AI. I interned at PolyMage Labs for three months, and I can vouch for the amazing work culture and challenging projects that this startup offers. One gets to work and contribute to open source repositories like LLVM-MLIR and TensorFlow. My learning curve has been quite steep during the entire duration of my internship at PolyMage Labs. It's very rare in the industry where you'll actually get to work with complex data structures and develop your own algorithms to solve a problem, but here in PolyMage, you get to do ALL of that and have the sense of ownership to the contributions you make.
I highly recommend PolyMage Labs to a Computer Science professional who's looking to make a difference.
